Description The Strada PAD-35 Ultra Berd Edition The Strada PAD 35 Ultra (Performance Aero Disc) Berd edition is the super light version of our very popular 35mm deep rim. This wheelset has been developed as the ultimate pairing between Berd and Extralight for the serious climbers. Weighing in at only 1086g (for the wheelset), these wheels are super light and courtesy of the Berd spokes, super stiff as well as compliant for all day climbing comfort. Unidirectional Carbon layup featuring laser cut rim logos. This unique process eliminates the use of paint along with vinyl decals whilst saving 17g rotational weight per rim, leaving a clean durable finish. Optimised 21mm internal hooked rim width, boasting a 29mm external width. Compatible with all tubeless and non tubeless tyres. Strada have worked with Continental to keep up to date with the latest ETRTO standards, allowing for easy tubeless setup. To make the whole wheelset even lighter, we here at Strada Wheels are adding a pair of the amazing Galfer Road Wave 6 bolt disc rotars for free. We have Galfer rotors on all of our staff bikes and swear by them! They totally transformed my Shimano Ultegra brakes! Hubs The Extralite cyber SPD 3 hubs are one of the lightest on the market today.
