4.0 out of 5 stars It’s almost perfect except It dispenses well and just enough amount. It’s easy to clean for the most part and I think it’s pretty sturdy considering it hasn’t broken or cracked yet. We wash the dishes and do not use the dishwasher so you can imagine how often a household of eight uses this product daily. We have been using it for a few months now. There are a few design flaws. The plastic dispensing pump gets dirty and it is impossible to get all the gunk and grime out. I noticed the soap will continuously be diluted with water after using it halfway. Yes, we don’t dilute our dish soap when refilling. My guess is that water travels from the sponge into the dispenser. Most people in my household don’t squeeze the sponge after using it so that is probably why. When the bottom container is dirty and grimy, it is impossible to get all of it out too because there is no way to scrub the inside with such a small opening (where the dispensing pump goes). Maybe I’ll try filling it with eggshells or beans and shake it to see if it’ll do the job. I’ll update y’all.I am already thinking of finding a new soap dispenser because of the gunk and grime.
