Description Adjustable rolling pin has 4 sets of rolling pin rings that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, to create the required pastry thickness. High quality beech pin with five sets of removable rings for creating different pastry thicknesses Simply twist rings to remove and adjust. Rolls pastry thickness: 2mm (1/16”), 4mm (1/6”), 6mm (1/4”), 8mm (5/16”) or 10mm (3/8”) approximately. Use without rings as a conventional rolling pin. Ideal for preparing biscuit dough, pizza bases and pastry sheets.
